Returns Are Handled by Amazon
WormBin Mastery is a content and recommendation site — we don’t process orders, payments, or returns ourselves. Every product link on this site leads to a listing on Amazon.com, and any return, refund, or exchange request must go through Amazon’s own return process for that specific order.
How to Start a Return
To return an item you purchased through one of our links:
- Log in to your Amazon account and go to “Your Orders”
- Find the relevant order and select “Return or Replace Items”
- Follow Amazon’s prompts for your reason for return
Return windows, eligibility, and refund timing follow Amazon’s standard policy and may vary by seller, so check the specific listing or your order confirmation for exact terms.
Live Worms
Live worm products often include a seller-specific live-arrival guarantee rather than a standard return policy, since the product can’t be “returned” once delivered. Check the guarantee terms on the specific listing before ordering, and contact the seller promptly (usually within 24–48 hours of delivery) if there’s an issue with arrival condition.
Defective or Damaged Items
If a bin or accessory arrives damaged or defective, Amazon’s standard replacement and refund process applies. Photos of the damage are often helpful when filing a claim.
